1.     Die casting:  Several die casting machines (J1113,J1116,J1125), producing aluminum or zinc alloy castings which weigh 50g-2.5kg. Production capacity is more than 200 tons per year. Large or small quantities of ordering capacity all can be accepted.

2.     Low-pressure die casting: Two J453 low-pressure die casting machines, producing 0.5-30kg aluminum alloy castings, it is fit for the castings which need the higher internal quality and the outward appearance quality. Production capacity is 300-500 tons per year. Large or small quantities of ordering capacity all can be accepted.

3.     Sand casting:  Producing aluminum or copper alloy castings which weigh 0.5-300kg.  Production capacity is more than 300 tons per year. Large or small quantities of ordering capacity all can be accepted.

4.     Gravity die casting (hard pattern casting):   Several gravity die casting machines, producing 1-20kg aluminum alloy castings. Production capacity is more than 100 tons per year. Large or small quantities of ordering capacity all can be accepted.

5.      Ductile Cast Irons:  Producing QT400,QT450,QT500,QT600, etc., ductile iron castings which weigh 2-500kg, melt by medium frequency furnaces. Production capacity is more than 1000 tons per year. Large or small quantities of ordering capacity all can be accepted.
